Joker man
My entry is a bit simple as you can see from the previous posts. But I like to keep it simple. Like this image, I make it more white, just focus on JOKER, use liquify tool to make two jokers twisting as if they are two conflict sides. Negative space is great.

It's so cool...i think negative space made Joker more impressive and vague by red and black color. So you can think about it with many different ideas...^^
It looks cool, man. It looks as if the joker is being blown away. It also makes me have interactivity thinking with witch in the mediaval times :)
Hmm... I like the whitespace too...but although I'm really impressed with your explanation of what you did with the twisting, I'm not convinced it flies...
